Meet Us

In both their personal and professional lives, Mike and Alicia complement each other’s skills and talents beautifully: While Mike possesses a natural talent for sales and social acuity, Alicia has a natural eye for aesthetic detail and written and verbal communication.

From his raft-guiding days in his 20s to a variety of corporate and small business experiences, a common thread has always been at the core of Mike’s work – a love of working with people and having fun doing it.  Professionalism, integrity, reliability, creativity, humor, and hard work are all values that Mike exemplifies in both life and work.

Mike was born and raised in the Yakima Valley of Washington State.  He is a 4^th generation Washington State University graduate and has lived in Ketchum, Boise, and Sagle, Idaho; Seattle, Washington; Raleigh, North Carolina; Chicago, Illinois; and Denver, Colorado.

Alicia was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and after having met Mike in 2005, they decided to move to North Idaho where they eventually married and currently reside.

Alicia recently graduated from the University of Idaho with a master’s degree in Education, having studied Counseling and Human Services.  In addition, she graduated summa cum laude with two bachelor degrees from the University of Colorado at Denver in Fine Art/Art History and Psychology.

Alicia contributes a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to artistic detail.  She also has an astute ability to understand the relationship development process, is inquisitive and perceptive, and is often described as insightful and compassionate.
